Eggless Milo-tiramisu

(Makes a 9x6 inches tub)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese bring to room temp
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 22 pieces of ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup 3 in 1 milo or sweetened malted chocolate, prepared like how you would normally then transfer into a wider dish/container
  • 2-3 tbsp Milo powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whip the whipping cream until stiff, adding 2 tbsp condensed milk halfway.
  • This should take about 5 mins. Do not over-whip or it will separate!
  • Meanwhile prepare your 3 in 1 Milo.
  • Dip ladyfinger in prepared Milo.
  • Lay it out in the tub/container.
  • Place mascarpone cheese into mixing bowl and add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Mix well.
  • Add whipped cream into mixing bowl and fold the 2 mixture together.
  • Until well combined.
  • Scoop half of the cheese mixture on to the ladyfingers.
  • Spread it out evenly.
  • Using a sieve, dust the Milo powder on top of the cheese mixture.
  • There will be clumps or bigger bits that will not get through the sieve. Don't worry about it. Just discard it if you want, or put it back into the Milo tin.
  • Continue dipping and layering the 2nd layer.
  • Then cheese again.
  • Dust Milo.. and you are done!
  • You can do another layer if you want, split the cheese mixture into 3 portions.
  • I prefer only 2 so the cheese is thick enough.
  • Chill in fridge for at least 8 hours or best overnight before serving!
