Lime Parsley Prawns

Serve this delicious side dish over rice, noodles, pasta, or stuff it in wraps! It’s so SO easy, you will not believe it! This is my go to dish when I do not have time to prepare for meals.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 12 med size tiger prawn, cleaned and tail in
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Marinate prawns in salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder.

Over med high, heat pan with oil.
Add prawns with hot.
Cook for about 1 min.

Flip for another min. It should be a tad bit brown.

Turn off heat, stir in lime juice.

And parsley.

And you are done! That easy!
Serve with Avocado Cream ‘Pasta’ for a healthy meal.
